There was good sale promotions (additional 40% off on saled price) The staff was so kind and she recommended a lot of different styles.

As the other reviewers have pointed out, the staff in this particular store can be best described as rude, condescending, and worst of all, technologically challenged. Instead of doing their minimum to answer a customer's simple requests, it is appalling, really, how much effort they put into making your life more complicated and inconvenient, with an incredibly obnoxious attitude. If you need to visit a Club Monaco store, there are other options nearby, avoid this one!

Less stock and styles than the 5th Ave store, manager is quite rude and store has strange rules about returns. One star (in addition to the minimum one star) just because it’s Club Monaco and I love the brand. However it’s worth it to travel 10 more minutes to 5th Ave if you have the time. They’re friendlier, more helpful, and have no obscure return rules (like if your credit card provider issued you a new credit card number, the 5th Ave store won’t refuse your return). Needless to say I won’t be going to this store again!
