Very basic in terms of services (to be fair, I don't really know how train lounges are supposed to be since I rarely use them). No separate restroom. Essentially, a handful of chairs and minimal comfort couches. A couple of snacks on the table, and coffee and soda. A few bottles of water and orange juice can be taken on the train. Two TVs running (playing CNN and your usual drib drab of reality TV). **NOTE: Visit was during Covid-19 (and few days before the 2021 presidential inauguration), so some of the above could have been limited because of that).

Average lounge. Refreshment selection basic (coffee/blueberry muffins/chips/apples). Well maintained, seats comfy
It's was... well I can't really say anything I had two drinks and the whole night was a blur
It is a great place to chill while waiting for the train. There is not much selection for foods (chips, fruit and granola bars) there is a soda dispenser and coffee and tea. It's not the nicest nor the worst lounge. I like that I have a place to put my luggage and not have to deal with it. I enjoy being able to board without standing in a long line. Overall it's a chill place to unwind but don't go expecting too much.
Place to sit with mini me
Club Acela is a nice, quiet-ish place to relax before your trip.
Nice spot for 1st class passengers & pass holders to wait for their train. Early boarding before they release the crowds from the gate too. Avoids the crowding, bustle, & noise of the main concourse boarding areas and procedures. Despite the remodel, it still looks a little threadbare. Additionally, the new furniture on the upper tier is less functional than the prior pieces. Restroom is always clean, which is another benefit to using this area rather than boarding from the concourse gates.
Who would have guessed that buying a business class ticket on an Acela won’t give you access to Club Acela?
