Bought a used XBox One and upon purchasing the console was scratched and not taken care of granted it is used but not worth what I paid for it. I won’t be back to say the least but thanks for the worn out console!!

I like these sorts of \gaming and trading\, stores because you can find things that are already long gone from department or chain stores. Like exclusive Funko POP figures!

This review is for my entire experience at this location and for an employee there named Jacob. I was searching for a fun game for a dinner party I was hosting and this young man was extremely helpful, enthusiastic, knowledgeable and friendly. With all of my questions, and I had a lot, he never behaved as though I was a bother or like he needed to do something else which has been my experience with retail clerks when I don’t know exactly what I’m looking for or what I need. But this guy was amazing. I appreciated him so much. Great store. Great selection. Great service as always, but above and beyond this time. Thanks, Jacob!

I came in with over 500 worth of cards to be offered 40. The man tried to tell me that my starlight rare was only an ultra rare, then after I said I didn’t wasn’t to sell it offered 20 for the remaining 90 worth of cards. I understand needing to turn a profit but to offer less than 25% of value is a ripoff. I feel like he tried to underbid because he thought I didn’t know what I was talking about.

I absolutely LOVE this store. My favorite thing is the fact that u can walk in and hand the cashier 2 dollars and then u can get a monster energy drink out of the cooler. I think it is fantastic as well that they do trading card competitions
