Great experience buying this car! Very good education given by sales person Patrick on this vehicle. No pressure. Very polite, respectful. I am 66 and my wife 65 and we have not bought a brand new car in 11 years. He was very helpful and patient about explaining changes the past decade in technology .The finance person and car delivery /education tech person were great also. My wife and I were very satisfied and impressed with the service.

I saw a used car online and called in to inquire. I spoke to Terrell and he went to go check if it was available, let me know the details, and brought it to my house to test drive within the hour. I loved the car but needed to think about it. All afternoon, I was back and forth with Terrell about the car - he was friendly, responsive, flexible, and helpful. I let him know I would be in soon to purchase the car but I wanted it to be swift and easy, the dealership and team really understood that. All documents were prepared for me in advance and I was in and out within an hour and a half. I also want to mention that everyone was transparent and did not try to push anything onto me. They even matched my carmax quote and bought old car so I did not have to make two stops. Great experience!

CMA Colonial Subaru maintains a comfortable, clean facility with strong wifi. The service writers and other dealership personnel are friendly and courteous. Warranty issues large and small are handled efficiently and gladly. This was my third complimentary scheduled maintenance, and all work has been performed quickly. I have both waited for my car and used their loaner program, and the loaner was a clean nearly new car. Only one note from today: the service writer told me that a four-wheel alignment at 99.95 is recommended at the third six-month interval. When I replied that I had not noticed any alignment issues, I was warned that any alignment issue can affect the performance of the car's driving safety systems, and that Colonial Subaru's alignment price is a bargain. Since my car is 5,000 miles below the expected 18,000 miles at the third six-month scheduled service, I declined the alignment.
