Dan came out and installed a new whole-house humidifier on our furnace of which he did a superb job. Very professional, clean and the workmanship is top-notch. (I can be very particular.) During the process he needed to access our laundry room and as soon as he set foot in there he said, \You have a gas leak.\ He got his equipment to test it and sure enough, we had a leak around the valve. When he finished installing the humidifier he ran to Home Depot to get a gas valve and when he returned, he installed it for just a nominal fee. I will definitely be recommending CMC and will call them again should I ever need their services. Thank you Dan!

Jaimie came out for a water issue in my basement. While here he found a couple things that needed fixed and checked. Very professional and explained everything as he went. Will definitely have him back for a couple more things I need like hot water heater and faucets. Great guy, great company!

I called CMC because my furnace stopped working. By the date of my appointment a leak also developed in my house: I thought a pipe burst (but turned out to be a leaking appliance in the kitchen). I worried I was going to have to spend thousands of dollars for a new furnace. Nope. CMC was able to fix the furnace, and it works beautifully now! CMC also fixed the leak. Everything done in one service call. CMC is very honest & affordable, and educated me about both problems. I am grateful that I was lucky enough to find such a great plumbing and heating repair company!

Dan and his team were incredible! We have a hard time trusting contractors to do work around our home and there’s a lot uncertain about our house since it was rented for quite a few years before we bought it. However, Dan was quick to assess the situation for our broken central air conditioner and his attention to detail as well as significant efforts toward fixing our 25-year old machine really made us feel confident that he was the right man for the job. He never tried to “make a sale” and never rushed his work in our home. He went above and beyond, was courteous, professional, and responsive. We wouldn’t go with anyone else!
