We interviewed several IT companies before going with CMIT. Allen and Ron have proven wonderful in getting our firm caught up to 2020 in IT security, backups, training, etc. They have been responsive with the couple IT issues that have come up. It's nice knowing there is always someone there to answer the phone/email.

The best customer service I have encountered! They are courteous, friendly, knowledgeable and honest, which is hard to come by in their industry. In my opinion their best attribute is their communication skills. They take the time to educate and explain the source of the issue and the plan to resolve the issue in terminology I am comfortable with.
