We run an insurance business and having our computers working is critical. When my computer does not work, I am unable to provide quotes to my customers. A few weeks ago, I was getting messages stating that my hard drive does not have any free space. But I knew very well that I have a lot of space. I deleted a bunch of items and still it would fill up within the next week. It was very frustrating. I couldn’t work properly as my computer was getting slower by the day. I reached out to CMIT, they looked into the issue immediately over a zoom session. They found that my primary drive was full while my secondary drive had a lot of free space. They picked up my computer based on my schedule and handed it back to me the same evening. It was determined that my data had to be backed up, the drive space had to be readjusted so I have sufficient space and them my data had to be put back. They had my computer the whole day they only charged me for the hours that they worked on it, 2 hours in my case. I’ve been using my computer for a week now and I have not experienced any issues. I don’t get the messages anymore. I can see I have a lot of free space. They are very friendly, seem to know what they were doing and provide quick service. I would use them again if I have any issues.
