I unfortunately inherited this company from the previous owner. Just stay away unless you like to deal with terrible customer service, extra fees, and long delivery times. They refused to put me on auto delivery for a rental property. They told me to call them when I need a delivery. When I did call they said I have to pay an extra 150 fee to get a delivery that day. The next time I called they made me wait 2 weeks for a delivery. I ended up cancelling service with them so I don't have to deal with their incompetence any more. I emailed them before canceling and it fell on deaf ears, when I did cancel no apology or attempt to correct the issues to keep me as a customer. They simply do not care.

We recently moved to Randolph, NH and wanted to take the opportunity to review the excellent service we received from C.N. Brown Company. In the midst of this week's tropical storm, we were testing our propane driven back-up generator to discover it was not working. We called C.N. Brown and they were out within hours and solved the issue. Their technician was working in heavy rain and winds and got our generator up and running. Kudos to Timothy!
My father Harold Moulton from Lyndonville VT a valuable 20yr customer very unhappy customer gonna proubly switch complay after the rotten services he has been receiving prepaid in cash every delivery drivers always says nope cod dad had to back down with his pd receipt!!!!! Was delivered more than he ordered was told exspect immediate payment this from a very long loyal customer no not happy at all would like a reapply please
I just found out that they charged an 80 fee to \come out to re-light a pilot\ after a power outage last year. WE DONT HAVE A PILOT TO LIGHT! They never even came to the house! That is fraud! How many accounts have you defrauded for this??? This came up in convo because we think we're being charged for more fuel than were actually getting or even need! This company maybe want to rethink their business practices. ASAP
2017 - Great if you call when you have a half of a tank. If you don't you will need to ration your fuel for the next 3 weeks. 2019 Update: Great service this year. Called for delivery and had delivery within a week.
