This company is AWFUL! I called for an oil delivery and was told the earliest they could deliver was a little over a week out. I was okay with that as long as I received the going rate that day. The lady I spoke to said as long as I paid by check over the phone that day I could lock in the price. Fast forward to a month later and I get a bill for the difference. When I called they said there wasn't anything I could do. Awful customer service. I will never use them again.
If I could give CN Brown 0 stars I would. This is a terrible company there's no other way to put it. Every time you call no matter who you talk to they are rude, condescending and they will snap at you on the phone. Must be a miserable place to work. Deliveries are not on time and they bill you for more than the phone quote. I used a 10c off coupon and my bill did not reflect it. There are MANY other oil companies to choose from on just go somewhere else.
Did not show up for oil delivery to my house on 3 separate occasions. Unreliable and terrible customer service. Would not recommend. Ever.
