Totally recommend shopping at this location! Love this Coach retail location. The store is beautiful and clean. The associates are friendly and know what they are talking about. I went in for a pair of coated canvas sneakers that have been sold out in my size almost everywhere. Cindy and another associate helped me not only get those specific sneakers in my size but also the chalk glove tanned leather sneakers too. I felt welcomed in from the start. Not to mention a very comfortable shopping experience. They greeted me upon arrival and helped me get the right fit for both pairs. I felt like a VIP with my own personal assistant. It was exactly the experience you would expect from a luxury retail store!

Lovely store and easy to access location. Worked with Lace at the Kierland store, she was very knowledgeable and helped me find the right fit. I usually buy online, but felt much better seeing the color, fit and style in person. They are maintaining social distancing and had clear signage, antiseptic available and were wearing face masks.
The two Associates were working on the floor without their masks on... As they watched me hesitate to come into the store, because of that, the Older lady, I believe her name was Theresa, was rolling her eyes, Whispering, and Clearly Gossiping about me to the Younger Associate... This is Exactly why the Cases are going up, People don't take this Virus Seriously... If you need to take your mask off, go in the Break room, or Outside... Period!!! Not sure why so many people can't comprehend, that the Droplets Linger in the Air, and You are putting Your Co Workers, and Customers at risk...
Let me start with I Love coach products, and have bought coach from various stores for over 10 years now. I called this location to check on a sold out item online. The 1st person I spoke with was kind and seemed to try to be helpful the second got very snotty and said if I needed and item number. I called back with the item number and she got very snotty with me. I absolutely will not shop at this store. I recommend customer service training for your employees.
There is no comparing the Kierland team with another Coach store! Amazing team of ladies, led by Kristy. They're all helpful, very nice & will go the extra mile for a customer. I will always go to the Kierland store. Thanks for all the help, knowledge & great service you provide!
Maddie was amazing from the phone call (before going in) to the second, I walked out!! She was genuine, VERY informational with cleanings to warranties to best sellers! YOU TRULY REPRESENTED COACH!! THANK YOU for being you!
