All reviews are lies. Single rooms are small because they are a local business and Management was very nice. The rooms were clean and management always made sure I was comfortable. Overall a very nice place and great low prices. Definitely recommended.

Did not clean the room 1 time in 4 days and nights no clean towels bed never made or changed BUT it was a round 47.00 per and only 2 hotels in Colgate hwyway inn63.00 per nice and clean!!!!!!!!!! New Towels Lol
I was 10 minutes from this town, around 5:30 when I called and ask if they had any rooms and they said YES, so I tell them I would be there shortly. I get there and asked to get a room, they looked me up and down (I’m Mexican)and said they didn’t have any, I then told them I had called ahead and asked with them telling me there were rooms available. The girl goes to tell me they rented them all out and just gave me the ugliest look. I hope you rot in hell.
No reservation. Busy weekend. Got us in anyway. No cable offered discount. Courteous.
The owner of this place is crooked and shady, she likes to use the police department to harass her clients. She will also make up any lied to try to get you in trouble. Be very leery of this place do not stay here !
