My boyfriend and I were in town for a couple days to celebrate his birthday with a brief getaway. I called ahead and spoke to someone really friendly who answered all of my questions and told us to come on in whenever we wanted (we wanted to drive and park our car instead of having the bikes delivered). We got to the shop, let them know we just wanted to ride a couple hours and bring the bikes back that afternoon. The shop is really close to a great biking/walking path that runs parallel to the Gulf. They gave us perfect instructions on how to get there. Offered us a basket (which came in handy) and a bike lock in case we wanted to stop somewhere. We found out in conversation that they were also from Atlanta! Small world! The pricing was awesome, customer service was superb! Please rent from Coastal Cruisers you will NOT be disappointed! Next time we’re in town we’ll be back!

If you want amazing costumer service family run or staff members that are treated like family from their bosses. Than you need to come here !!!!!! We went in to rent a golf cart but ended up renting a pontoon boats for the 4th of July. The staff was very helpful and kind! Excellent customer service!! Shelby which I am assuming is the manager was amazing but than again all staff members where. We ended meeting the owner (John) who meet us at the marina with he’s kids Family run!! ( love it) They were just as kind and helpful as the staff at their location!!! At the end we are all new friends Till next year John,kids and staff!!!

Coastal Cruisers is great! We were traveling from VT when our sons bike needed a front axle repair. John dropped what he was doing and got us back biking in no time. Another shop said it would take 2 days to repair. Thank you so much! They were fairly priced and friendly to hang with, can’t recommend them enough!!!

Super friendly crew! They made it so easy to rent a bike for a few days and were kind enough to deliver and pick up. They were easy to reach through text and responded quickly. The bike itself was in great shape and didn’t run into any issues.

Amazing experience, very friendly people that make the process quick and easy for everyone. The scooters were great quality had no issues. Had my friend rent from the other competitor on the shore at the same time as us and had the scooters break 4 times on him for carelessness in maintaining their equipment and were very rude to everyone. I had to stand for an hour at the competitor for them to get a bike and I ended up leaving. With Coastal Cruisers they treat you like your valuable to them. They are very friendly everything is neat and taken care of. Highly recommended this place.
