The customer service here is excellent. I painted my room and it didn't turn out like I hoped. Went back to store, explained my situation and the manager resolved the issue immediately. All the staff members are knowledgeable and helpful. They were able to turn my frown upside-down. Stellar service all the way around. Many thanks to Ron and Gavin for helping me out.

I have used paint from home improvement stores and it doesn't match the quality of Sherwin Williams. I've been using Thorndale SW for years and always have a great experience. My questions are always answered, I love that they save my projects by name and colors. They get you in and out in a timely manner!

Used to match paint for my toilet and bathroom ceiling. Did a great job. Also used them to get my cherry stain for wood trim, shelves, window sill in bathroom.Which matched cabinets. All looks great. And now about a year later. Still looks good. Used both Thorndale and paoli store. To make the Fairy Garden Bathroom what it is today. Good places and good helpful staff. Glad they were out there. With the paint match and my discontinued stain which I got all the last of. Both at thorndale and paoli

Called in to place an order. Gavin was busy but took the time to help me find the color I needed. When I came to the store Gavin was very nice and even took the time to explain things and answer me questions. Great paint and great experience!
