A-M-A-Z-I-N-G!!! Wow, did we get lucky working with Turpin, what a courteous and professional company! I had called to inquire about \winterizing\ a waterscape urn, that was originally installed by a family friend. Lisa the polite receptionist took down our information and said someone would call us within a day. Kyle from the Water Feature Division responded immediately and answered my questions and concerns and TOOK THE TIME to explain what the service entailed. He treated me like a life long customer, even though this was the first time I ever worked with Turpin. Chad, who came out to work on the project, called the day before to give us a \time frame\ as to when to expect him AND called the day of to give us a more concise time. He was punctual, polite and knowledgeable.He was very proud about working for the Turpin Team and was enthusiastic about all the different aspects of their business. I highly recommend TurpinLandscaping and look forward to working with them in the future!

We wish we could give Turpin Landscape Build and Design more than 5 stars! They are the best people to do business with, hands down! They put in our pondless waterfall nine years ago and it is perfect! To this day, we would not change one thing they did or didn't do! I had an incredible experience working with Turpin in installing a pond in our backyard 3 years ago. Every person that I encountered along the way was very friendly and knowledgable. After the installation, they were there for me when I had questions. I recently had a problem with my pond losing water.
