Recently visited Cobblestone Park Apartments and was hesitant about doing so because of the past reviews; however, I must say this place is an absolutely beautiful community. My first point of contact was with Edith. She was very pleasant and knowledgeable about pricing and description of the apartment I’m interested in. The apartment I viewed had a lakeside view with a fountain that offers serene surroundings and a breathtaking view from the balcony. I’m looking to relocate to the area for employment in April and this apartment community is also located in a great location with a lot of local eateries and high-end stores to choose from. I’m definitely looking forward to move here in April!

I had a pleasant and positive experience at Cobblestone Park. I’m looking to move in April and will be leasing here with my wife and children. My interaction with the office staff was positive and they were all very helpful and professional. Prior to visiting Cobblestone Park, I visited another apartment community in the area and had a bad experience with the office staff. Cobblestone definitely has very knowledgeable and pleasant staff ready to assist. The community itself was very clean and far exceeded my expectations. I was able to view a 2 bedroom apartment with lake view and I must say I fell in love with the view. We are looking forward to living here. Thank you to the office staff at Cobblestone Park for the assistance in my moving needs and look forward to seeing you all soon to apply.

My visit here was wonderful! I was greeted and assisted by Marleen, who was such a delight and very helpful. She answered all my questions and concerns. I am definitely glad I toured the complex, and I feel very comfortable adding it to my list of prospects!

Just moved from Ohio to Manvel. Without being able to see the apartment the entire leasing staff made my experience extremely easy and pleasurable. Leo and Edith were quick to respond to all my questions through email. And day of move in was super easy, Valerie was so kind and helpful. Loved my apartment and the building. The amenities look exactly like what you see online. What you don’t get to appreciate is how much pride they take in property. Clean and very well maintained. Edith was also quick to immediately submit my maintenance request day of move. Maintenance took care of within the hour. So glad I made this decision to call Cobblestone Park my new home

I have lived at Cobblestone Park since 2011 and have to say it is a wonderful place to live. Yes, the parking can be tight however management does their best to make sure residents have a place to park. The maintenance people Roger and Lily are always friendly and they make sure my work orders are done. Zimena and Claire have been here since I moved in and are always helpful when I need them. The rest of office staff also very nice.
