I am so beyond grateful for finding an amazing architect to partner with me on my first major project. Jay is always honest, and values my time and feedback as a client. myself Being a woman in a room full of men he never makes me feel less than anyone one and holds my value and opinions high. He has been more than accommodating and works diligently with timelines and helps me with the communication on the project as well. I am opening a bar and there are so many moving parts. Jay has helped guide me through a lot of the areas that I did not know about. His work is fantastic. He studio itself is clean and inviting and they do not mind having you there to work on ideas and reviewing plans. Thank-you COBU! I hope to work with you in the future with additional ventures!
