Do not move in here! It has been a nightmare living here. You hear everything from your neighbors upstairs and next to you. There are also alot of kids staying in these apartments so be prepared to hear running all day and night. The leasing office staff is very rude. They don't do anything about your complaints. You will wait forever trying to get them to fix an issue. The rodents here are the biggest problems. Pest control came to treat one of the neighbors apartments because of bed bugs. Go anywhere else but here.

This is a nice community. It’s very affordable and walking distance to every store I frequent. The pool is perfect in the summer. I have no problem going to office and dropping off my rent check as they are all pleasant and kind. The bookkeeper is hilarious and has gone out of her way to come pick up my rent check when I was too sick to walk to the office since I don’t have a car. I felt at home the moment I filled out my rental application. The office is full of joy and they all seem like family not co workers. They address all my concerns immediately and are extremely professional. This will be my last apartment till I purchase my home

It's not good. Rent is okay but keeps going up without much to reflect -why- it's going up 35 a year. People are loud, people in cars are loud, the people's cars are loud. Everybody smokes outside on their balconies so you can't enjoy any time out on your own. If you're lucky you'll live across the way from very loud neighbors who drink and party till 2-3am. Cops have been called several times on them and reported to the leasing office but nothing ever happens. Mice have been a constant issue. No matter what we do they always come back. You plug up one hole and another two appear (around the baseboards). Maintenance doesn't care that much. At night it's insanely bright around here except in the areas that need it. They've recently added LED lights on the corners of every building without fixing the previous standing ones (several are burnt out and/or flickering). The ones they put up on the corners are trash and point DIRECTLY INTO YOUR WINDOWS AT NIGHT. The blinds don't help, black out curtains BARELY help. Just gotta deal with it! Horray! The only thing this place has going for it is the location (and maybe the pool). It's very close walking distance to York Road, the buses, and a lot of large shopping centers. They have little 'events' and 'grab bags' at the leasing office almost every major holiday. I wish they put the money they use towards that towards, I don't know, fixing something? We haven't had bed bugs but they're probably coming soon. H.
