My son has enjoyed their instruction so much that I signed up too. The #1 Creed, \I intend to develop myself in a positive manner and avoid anything which will reduce my mental growth and physical health.\ gives you an idea as to the wholesomeness of their program. They operate a huge facility and anyone can watch the classes from chairs alongside of the gym.
