We needed a place to stay for a week. We had an emergency and had little notice. We found this place and the pictures and amenities looked great. We were very impressed with the cleanliness and the decor. Its a beautiful unit and has everything you could need. We had an issue because our unit only had one parking pass when we arrived. We called the office and they took care of it immediately They allow pets but there isn't a place to walk them to use the bathroom. Otherwise would have gotten a 5 star.

Love this condo! Totally updated and so clean. Great view. So nice to be able to bring my puppy. All tile floors and a nice grassy pet area make itcgreat for traveling with your dog.

Great location and very nicely remodeled condo, with all the toys. Only downside was some alarm near kitchen going off sometimes when cooking. This complex is on the ocean and very close to the Cocoa beach pier, the Sandbar and other bars/restaurants all within walking distance. Great view from the rooftop.

Chataeu by the Sea is a fabulous place to stay. 509 is a top floor corner unit and really lovely...very comfortable bed! Right on the beach with an amazing view of the ocean, Cocoa Beach pier where there a few places to eat and drink and the great tikki bar at the end of the pier. You can watch the cruise ships coming out of Port Canaveral also a good place to visit for food. 10 minute drive to Historic Cocoa Village where there are lots of great shops and places to eat and drink. There are plenty of places to go and see quite near by. Fully recommend checking this place out.

We had a wonderful time. The room was spacious for family of four and two small dogs. We loved the decor, very beachy feeling. Our ground unit opened straight to pool area with a few steps to the beach. Gorgeous sunrise pics from rooftop terrace. Everyone was very nice and the whole place was very clean and well maintained! Loved walking to the Pier and also to the Sandbar restaurant, best fish tacos ever. Sweet place to stay and we loved Cocoa Beach. We will be back!

We really enjoyed unit 506. The view of the sunrise every morning was spectacular from the balcony overlooking the beach. The pool and poolside were clean and well maintained. The unit itself was updated and had a clean modern kitchen. Water pressure for the showers was excellent. Everything we needed to cook our own meals was provided in the kitchen. The management was accessible and easy to work with. We will definitely stay again in the future.

This is a great place to stay! It's so close to the beach, pier and all of the conveniences you could possibly need or want. The condo unit was very clean and offered a well equipped kitchen, great layout for sharing with another couple or family members, and nice ensuite baths for both bedrooms. The rooftop patio was an added bonus and we took advantage of it particularly on the day of the skydiving Santa's. The pool and grounds are very well maintained and it was great to have an area to take our dogs. Drew was prompt to respond to any questions we had prior to and during our stay in a very professional manner. We loved it so much there and hope to return for a longer period next year.

Great place to stay we were a family of 5 staying in Unit 102 and our family stayed in Unit 101 it was awesome having our family right beside us and all the kids were able to play and have fun! We shared dinner every night together the patios and grass area were great for the kids to play at when we weren’t at the beach! The roof top was fantastic to watch the Sunrise and sunsets!
