I don't even know where to start with this review. I had the most positive experience I think I could have had with Epic. I was looking for a board that was mostly sold out everywhere and they had one! Shipping was speedy via freight, but the board arrived damaged -- I want to note that the board was packaged very well and this was out of the hands of Epic. The owner was quick to give me options for remedy. A short time later, I received the board back. It had been repaired back to original condition and looked brand new! I tell you this story because I want to convey how communication was almost constant, and my happiness with the transaction was top priority to Epic --thats a refreshing feeling. Thank you so much! I will be doing business with you in the future. If you are unsure of ordering from this business, do not be. They are very honest and customer-minded. I cant wait to rip on this new board!!

Amazing paddle board guided tour!!! Jennifer and Jonathan were both very helpful, nice, and informative. They had great gear, and the tour led by Jonathan was beautiful and we learned a lot about the local ecosystem and saw many creatures and plants we don't normally get to see in the Midwest. % recommend.

Got my first paddleboard at Epic, so happy to have meet this wonderful family owned business people. The friendly service and information is the best I've ever received, I feel like they're my new friends, I trust their expertise in this field from listening to so much information that I didn't need to question their words but appreciate their love and respect for the sport and I would recommend anyone to stop by and check out what they have for you to enjoy a real fun time on the water.

Best SUP store on the east coast, especially for Starboard equipment! I was shopping for a Hyper Nut a couple of years ago and Jennifer suggested the perfect board for my size and skill level. She was very responsive to my questions and had a lot of great feedback. I recently was shopping for a Starboard paddle that I could not find anywhere local (CT) and due to their great inventory, Jennifer had a few models for me to choose from. After selecting and purchasing the paddle, they cut it for me and shipped it immediately after. When I received the box, it was in perfect condition and it was packed really well! You could have driven a truck over the box and the paddle would have been fine. Thanks again Jennifer for the great customer service! - Brian

Awesome Service, Selection and pricing. Looking for surfboard rack to mount to crossbars for long board - specifically with built in strapping and locks. Totally over the pool noodle/zip ties/cargo strap routine. Trying to shop local small businesses instead of going through online to help support our family run stores, or they will cease to exist. After driving to or calling all the way from Melbourne to Cocoa Beach, they were the only place I could find that had exactly what I was looking for. Knowledgeable, very friendly family atmosphere, competitive pricing. If you're in Florida and looking for a board/SUP rack, Epic is the place!! Well worth the drive... Thank you guys..!!
