We had an amazing experience at Surfet 321 summer camp! Instructors are so kind, encouraging and knowledgeable. Safety is first and foremost on their minds, I loved that lessons take place right in front of a lifeguard station. My 7 year old and 9 year old really enjoyed the yoga offered as well. It was awesome to see the progress they made in such a short time.

Cocoa Beach is always a great place to spend the day on the beach. Today the waves were a bit rough due to the hurricanes out in the Atlantic, but the surfers seemed to be having a good time.

We were visiting Orlando on vacation and decided to zip down to Cocoa beach for the day for some beach time. My 12 year old daughter loves surfing, but it had been nearly two years since she had been able to. I sent a message through surfet321 on facebook hoping to get an instructor for my daughter to help her "get back on the horse". After speaking with the owner and coordinating a time one of her instructors arrived and a great time was had by all. My daughter can't wait to get back down for a surf camp now. Girls rule!

My mother and I made a reservation, which the owner cancelled morning of due to weather. This was ok as she said that the weather was bad and the ocean was too rough for surfing. My mother and I went to the same beach we had originally planned to meet the owner for the lesson, but just to enjoy the beach. That's when we saw the owner take ten CHILDREN into the water to surf. I approached her and said, hello, are you teaching lessons? She immediately said yes and offered me a lesson since she didn't know who I was. I explained that she had cancelled our reservation earlier due to "bad weather." I think she just double booked herself and had to cancel one or the other, but either way this doesn't reflect well and was unprofessional. She told us it was too dangerous to surf, and then took 10 eight year olds out to surf. Very rude as we had made our reservation far in advance. Book with caution. Edit after the owner's reply: I do agree it was windy with choppy waves. But if ten 8 year old children could be in the water, then two adult women could of as well.

I had a blast learning how to surf in a private lesson on Cocoa Beach. Thanks for meeting me and bringing the board. I would recommend surfet 321 to anyone who wants to learn surfing (male or female).
