We were so impressed with every aspect of the service from the staff to the tow truck operator, Virgil. Virgil was amazing. He was personable, incredibly knowledgeable and suggested several things that were very useful. Wow. These guys truly delivered. Thanks for a great experience!

We have been trying to resolve an issue since August 2020, from a tow that took place in Dec 2019. Our vehicle was ERRONEOUSLY marked as demoed by this tow company, when the vehicle was in our possession AND we maintained possession of the title! Because that information was sent to the DMV, we CANNOT register it and we cannot drive it! This company was used by Palm Bay Police Department to tow the vehicle after an accident. Would not recommend the reliability of this company. We have only gotten \empty promises\ that they are resolving this issue. To date the status of this vehicle is still UNCHANGED and we are without the ability to use our own vehicle.
