Awesome! Awesome! After a bad experience at another Toyota dealership. I went in to Al Hendrickson and spoke with Brenden and Shannon. I told them what I could afford for a monthly payment and had my trade in appraised while we test drove the car. We still owed 9,500 on our car and would not make a deal if they couldn’t cover the cost of the trade. Luckily the wife and I have excellent credit, so we were able to negotiate to have a no money down deal. There was no negotiating back and forth and from the beginning the dealership was transparent and told me they can make it happen. They were super professional and up front. This has been the best car buying experience thus far! I purchased a 2021 Toyota Corolla Hybrid.

I’ve never had such a smooth process at any dealership I’ve ever been to. Louis helped me and took care of everything I needed and was extremely kind and caring. I will definitely refer anyone I know needing a car to this dealership. 5 stars across the board can’t find one thing I would change about the service here. OMG it was an awesome one. The service provided is excellent and discreet. The associates are really willing whelp you get the right car. They are near you during all the process. And the way they congratulate you on your new car when all is set.... is very heart melted
