Just purchased a Certified Pre-Owned 2020 Hyundai Elantra Value Edition (tons of advanced safety features) from Coconut Creek Hyundai. Great experience all the way around. The best part of the transaction was my sales associate Oliver B. He was absolutely incredible in every way. I did my homework and knew what a good price should be, and Oliver worked really hard to get me the best deal. Oliver even went the extra mile and pulled up a detailed maintenance history for this Elantra per my request. I never once felt pressured and when I picked the car up the next day Oliver had it perfectly cleaned and filled with gas. Finance was very quick and low pressure as well. This dealership has a very simple price structure compared to other dealerships (Negotiated Price 949 Florida TTL). There are no electronic or other hidden fees, just those three items. Again, great overll experience - make sure and ask for Oliver ;-) Thanks.

This is for the service Dept. My appointment for my wife's Palisade is a simple oil change and was scheduled for 1145 it is now over an hour later and I have not even spoke with a service manager. When I ask I am told I'm next but see others taken back. I honestly wouldn't bother making an appointment for any service if you have to come here, in the future I will not be coming back.the worst part is that they are both even that busy. This reflects poorly on all staff in the service department and the dealership as a whole. Edit: I waited an hour and a half after the appointment to finally been seen by a service manager only to be told the oil change would take an additional 2-3 hours and to top that he had an attitude... There is no resolution to the situation other than to no longer be a customer. They forever lost a customer, my family will take our business elsewhere in the future.
