We had John Fuentes from Trouble In Paradise, handle a claim we had this past January 2020. Our property is in Naples, Florida and we had water and mold damage in our first floor condo from the condo above us. Both bathrooms had to be torn apart and rebuilt and our insurance company was not representing us very well at all. Trouble in Paradise sent John to represent us and we can’t say enough about him! He was very conscientious and courteous throughout the entire process. We never had to call or wonder how things were progressing, because he would call and give us updates and progress reports. He was so accommodating if we had to meet him to sign papers or exchange information also. He made the entire process very painless and we were reimbursed by the Insurance company without any further problem! He really earned his commission.
