The service here is always good but the issue I am having is that I went there today and saw a man standing at the gront cashier without a mask and just cursing up a storm. I asked the cashier why this man in there without a mask and he replied the\ man is crazy\. I don't care how crazy the man is, he shouldn't be in the store without mask. I am upset that Walgreen allow such negligence. I have Asthma and to think that man could be infected that would harm me. No one should be allowed without mask! For this reason I gave three stars and will change to another pharmacy for my medicine because Walgreens don't care about patients like me with comorbidity and can get infections easily . Shame on you Walgreen!!

1 hour wait time and counting. Also, the woman who took my prescription has terrible customer service skills. Disappointing.

Minute clinic is absolute garbage! They don’t want to help you at all. All I wanted was a vaccine and I have great health insurance. Nurse practitioner working obviously didn’t want to assist us. Very sad Uhealth would employ someone so disappointing!

Christina gave horrible phone service today. I was only looking for my medicine and she was very rude and could care less if I had it or not. You can tell she does not give a shi* about her job or helping customers. I asked if she could find out where the other meds were and she seemed irritated. She asked what meds, I had a hard tie thinking of them bc I was on the spot. I told her if she did not sound so miserable it wouldn't trigger me to forget. Never apologized and continued to be rude and then I asked for manager and her full name. I got neither. I told her I'd be back w my husband. I am a chronic pain pt that should ne treated w respect. I have a spinal cord injury and just wanted my medication and to go home to my family. Now I'm sad. People like that do not deserve to work w people.
