I tested positive for the corona virus, the doctor and nurses were so kind and made me feel comfortable. I was called in fast and I was back on my way home after they talk to me. I want to thank them. They were professional,, and kind.

Horrible experience. The receptionist was great and the FNP, MaryJo Gonzalez was great. However, the lady - who goes by the name Stephanie - was extremely unprofessional. The details of my medical situation are irrelevant but whoever is in charge of training/supervising Stephanie needs to either let her go and join a career where she isn’t a complete ignorant jerk or go through extensive training on how to handle situations that are not the norm. Avoid at all cost.

This is the nicest place to be when your sick! They make you feel so welcome and their really interested in whats going on with you. They helped me more than I can say. The nurse (paramedlic). gave me shot and I didnt feel it! He was very good. The Dr was very informative, she explained all the medicine she prescribed, and what it was for. She was so nice and caring. I get better care here than my Dr office! Keep up the good work!!

Great facility to go to. We went in for some issues with morning sickness and Tracy was very attentive and made our baby feel just as cared for as her own. Wonderful staff with great help.

Wonderful!!!!!! I’m from out of town and had to come in due to a fall.. NP Seema was very nice and explained everything to me in detail. Daniel the paramedic who checked me in was really nice too. Code 3 was very clean the rooms were clean. Everyone there was nice. Would recommend..

We were on vacation this weekend in Rockport. The first night of our trip our 2 year old woke up with pretty severe croup and was struggling to breathe. I’m a pediatric nurse practitioner and have sworn to never take my child to a free standing ER, however, the children’s hospital was 45 minutes away, so I decided to take her to the nearest ER rather than risk a long car ride. I could not have been more pleasantly surprised. It was the middle of the night and I believe we were the only ones there. The nurse on duty (I apologize I don’t remember your name!) heard her from the waiting room and whisked us back. They have a pediatric room set up with kid sized equipment and fun art on the walls. When we arrived our angel was NOT herself, fighting everyone. They took it all in stride and Dr. Pastor and his team took excellent care of her. She received the appropriate medication and treatment within minutes. Before long she was calm, breathing comfortably, and happily munching on animal crackers the staff brought her. From start to finish, we were in and out in less than 2hrs (some of this included time for the medication to start working and monitoring her for recurrence of her symptoms). We are very thankful for everyone who helped care for her Friday night. While I will still always recommend a pediatric facility if available, I would definitely be comfortable returning to Code 3 again!

My husband and I were visiting our daughter and son-in-law in Rockport when my husband received a dog bite on his hand. We went to Code 3 ER and they were wonderful. He was taken right into ER, given the best care by every one there, from the ladies at the reception to the nurses, to the doctor, to the x-ray technician. When we went back the following day we were taken into urgent care, seen by nurses and again by the dr., and again, such great care was show to my husband by everyone he came into contact with. Code 3 personnel are so helpful, so pleasant, so very professional and I cannot say enough good things about the entire staff and facility. Thanks to all!

Very nice facility and professional staff. I visited Code 3 on a Saturday afternoon, for the first time. Normally getting setup as a new patient at any medical facility takes a long time with lots of paperwork. Not the case here. I was quickly processed and almost immediately called back to see the doctor. The doctor was friendly but very matter of fact, and I immediately felt like I was on the road to recovery. All in al it took maybe 30 minutes start to finish, that is very good!
