We came for the Cody Stampede last year (July 1, 2019) and loved it! Greatest atmosphere I’ve ever experienced! America through and through!

Cody Rodeo is the place to go for nightly rodeo in the summer. It’s a far cry from a professional rodeo, with many of the riders just high school students. But they’ve got all the disciplines: calf roping, bucking bronco, barrel racing and, of course, bull riding. The show was not complete without clowns and their routines. Some of their jokes made fun of gays and were completely inappropriate for a society in the 21st century. Yes, even for red-necked Wyoming.
Rodeo is part of life here in Cody. One cannot visit this place without seeing or at least hearing about the rodeo. Go, see the rodeo, it is what we are famous for. Don't sit in the buzzer section, though. It is considered a place for the elite (more expensive tickets and there are backs on the stands), but take it from a frequent visitor, sometimes it is difficult to see the action of the bronc or bull riders because they don't go far enough away from the gate.
This was an amazing rodeo!

Aquest Rodeo Stampede a la ciutat de Cody és molt famós i popular. Durant l’estiu pràcticament ho fan cada dia. Es poden comprar les entrades abans per internet. És sens dubte l’activitat a l’aire lliure a fer si es viatge fins a Cody. L’espectacle és variat i molt espectacular en algunes de les probes. Hi ha molta gent del país amb els seus barrets de cow-boy.
