I hesitated going in this store, since I don't think a 55 year old lady is their normal demographic. I have always wanted a pair of Buckle jeans and after losing 75 pounds, I decided to treat myself. I was warmly greeted when I came in the door, and Jack immediately started pulling jeans that fit me, even though I wasn't positive about the size. The entire staff was amazing, but Jack in particular. I highly recommend this store!

Very helpful women who work here. I always leave feeling great about my purchases. There's truth in the saying, when you look good you feel good. Easy to return online orders. For those like me who lose every receipt, returns are easy since they can look them up with just your phone number.

Always great customer experience.. staff always patient and willing to help, never forced higher priced items.. they just want you happy! Good selection but online selection is even better.

I am absolutely disgusted in some of the staffs behavior, I was in the store and a male staff member was yelling at a female staff member, while the store was filled with customers, over something so small, the store is full of rude staff every time I’ve been in. Something needs to change.

Katie was the best! As soon as I walked in she was right there to greet me and helped me with an entire outfit it was like having my own personal stylist! I was treated wonderfully and she was so patient! She even helped my dad and I find a great restaurant to go to. From here on out when I go there I am making sure I have her to help me she is the BEST!!!
