We took our mama dog in who had stalled out during labor. Dr. DeMarco and the rest of the staff took great care of her and the pups! It was a successful night and we appreciate knowing we have a great emergency clinic to use. Thank you!

The staff at the Emergency Vet Hospital of Coeur d'Alene were all so incredibly warm, friendly, and helpful - they made a scary, sad situation so much more manageable. The environment is unlike any other vet hospital I've been to - it's clean, well-lit, and as comfortable as an emergency clinic can be. Our dog, Bob, suddenly got sick over the weekend, and while the hospital was busy, they made sure to check in with us while we waited in a private room - bringing Bob a blanket and water in the meantime. He wound up needing hospitalization overnight for several nights, which brought us into contact with many staff members. Every single one of them was SO patient and kind - and our dog warmed up to all of them. He literally wanted to march on back to where he was staying without looking back at us - like it was his second home - which was a testament to how comfortable he felt and the level of care he received. I love that we were able to stop and visit or call at any time to check on his progress. I have never had that level of accommodation at any other emergency vet clinic. I also was able to speak to/meet with each vet on staff. They all took the time to explain what was going on, to reassure us, to provide us with our options - all while being absolutely great with our dog. I never felt rushed, despite knowing that their facility was busy. I greatly appreciated their patience and understanding, in addition to their insight and expertise. I have so much confidence in the veterinary staff at the Emergency Vet Hospital of Coeur d'Alene, and (apart from my regular vet) this facility is absolutely peerless in regard to the quality of care, environment, service, and expertise.

This is 100% the emergency vet you wanna take your furry family member too! They went above and beyond! They made use feel comfortable with being able to see him at the facility and call at any time to see how he was doing.They even called to check up on him to see how he is doing! Definitely will recommend to all my friends with pets!

Just wanted to share how special this place is. We had to put our Bambi down. Everyone at this vet was amazing. They cried with us and they cared. Today in the mail I got a card from them and Bambi’s paw prints. Everyone of the staff signed the card. I will be forever grateful. Thank you for the amazing work you guys do.

My little baby girl Gracie was suffering from kidney failure and took a sudden turn for the worse on Sunday. We had to make that choice that no pet owner wants to make and that was to let Gracie go. We made that never ending hour and a half ride with her to CDA and was met as soon as I walked in with Gracie by Jenny at the emergency room. Jenny was absolutely incredible. She was so gentle and loving with Gracie. She made the transition bearable. I cannot thank her enough for what she did for us. Thank you Jenny from the bottom of my heart! ️
