I witnessed several of your staff treat a member of the media very rudely. The media member was in the public lobby and esquiring about your services when a member of your staff started to shout at him, hit his equipment and then called the police. The journalist was talking in a low voice and not creating any sort of disturbance so this sort of reaction was unacceptable. You folks need to learn that you are not \entitled\, but public servants. Photography isn't a crime idiots...
