One of the worst customer service experiences I have ever had. Drove over 30 miles one way to return an item after calling to know the protocols. Once there the manager Ryan told us we could not return the item. We explained who we talked to but that didn't matter. Spent over 2 hours driving back and forth from Spokane dealing with this situation. Will not be going back.

North 40 store is awesome! One stop shop for my lifestyle. But the employees I rate with a 1 star. When I go in there I’m better off helping myself. The employees in the hunting and fishing department are the worst. They make you feel like their better then you. And I have to pretty much wave them down, when their standing right in front of me. They make it seem like they have enough Customers, no need for anymore. I really like the store, like I said. Just wish the people that worked their were more friendly. I’m a native, so that might explain the treatment I get.
