I have been buying coffee from Coffee Roasters Alliance aka... "Get Roaster Locally" for a long while. Recently, a shipment of coffee was dropped off at the wrong address one condo development down the road. After a few days I contacted Suzan and a replacement was shipped out free of charge... no questions asked. Then a day later the original coffee showed up. I offered to pay for the 2nd shipment of coffee and Suzan would not hear of it. Even to split the cost. So many thanks to the "Get Roasted Locally" team for this gift. I''ll be purchasing their coffee always. It is a lovely cut a Joe and very competitively priced too.
