Coggin BMW is by far the best BMW dealership on the east cost of the USofA. I was referred to Carlos for me to buy my car as the lease was up, and I love my 2018 F80 M3. He had all of the paperwork written up and drove to my house, over an hour away, to complete the purchase. It took less than five minutes. I can guarantee that no other dealership would provide that level of customer service. There is an Autonation BMW dealer five miles from house, but my previous experience with their sales department was less than stellar. I wish Coggin was closer as I would surely bring my car there for service. Thank you Coggin and Carlos for making my purchase one of the best experiences ever. Dr. Lane.

excellent no pressure assistance during the car shopping process, yet very responsive - Curtis was outstanding. While the pick-up procedure at a dealership always takes a bit longer than it seems it should. Curtis and Nathan made it move along efficiently. Additionally, there was not the usual strong sales pitch for additional above/beyond warranty packages. Overall, a great buying experience

Because at Coggin you are treated like Royalty! Ryan C is an excellent service rep, always courteous, professional, easy going, totally understands his customers needs! If Coggin wasn't great, I wouldn't travel to 2.5 hours to have my car serviced. I also made sure that I purchased my beema there as well, shoutout to Yousef who still remembers my name and always asks me about my family even though it's 16 months since I made my purchase.
