I cannot express enough how clean my water lines are now and how great my well is doing! I was having problems with my pressure tank and build up in my toilets and sink. The guys came out tested the pressure, filled my pressure tank and put chlorine in my lines. Along with great customer service and pricing, I highly recommend!!

This is the first review that I have ever written, but I thought in this case it was relevant. I contacted Benes Drilling after my daughter had called me panicking (I was on vacation in Hawaii) she said that the water was gray and that there was silt in the toilet, sink, ect. I googled well businesses and Benes came up so I immediately contacted them- the woman that answered the phone was very nice. After talking she states that the gentleman would be calling me, if not that day- as he was out on a job, tomorrow. I didn’t hear back- so I called and left a voicemail, and they called me back on Monday leaving a voicemail stating not to give up on them, I then called back letting her know that I got the voicemail and we touched base- she states one of the guys would be calling me- I never heard anything that whole week, when I got back to the mainland I called them which was the following Monday morning and a gentleman answered. I updated him that I was supposed to get a call and that I never did and what was going on with my well/water- he states he could come look at the well the following day at 5. The gentleman showed up on time and assessed the well- he states the worst news that a homeowner wants to hear…” You need a new well” I had no water and unable to use it, so thus I was staying at a campground. When I asked about the price he stated that the boss lady would be calling me tomorrow. “the boss lady” never called- another day passes no call. I contacted family and friends on who to call and found a great local company that has been very accommodating and wonderful in which they have been in contact with me, returned calls, and answered questions in a very timely matter, which was so important as mind you, I have NO water. Needless to say, I did give up on Benes, and was highly disappointed in their lack of communication, or in this case - no communication. If you want anything done efficiently or to feel like you matter I would suggest NOT using Benes.
