Lindsay Garroway represented a coop and my small bicycle shop in a case where the Dept. of Buildings had issued a violation and a 5000 summons. The violation was for use of space outside our store a space we had used, for 40 years without a violation.This all happened as Coved arrived. Lindsay and the firm could not have been more extraordinary in just about every way. The communication over a period of 18 months, the genuine desire to resolve, the attentiveness, I simply cannot praise highly enough.

Lindsay Garroway was the lawyer assigned to represent me at the DOB hearing. She was very knowledgeable and did a great job. I had several violations that added up to a lot of money in fines. Due to Mrs. Garroway’s expertise all the violations were dismissed. The price for attending the hearing was reasonable and affordable. No payment was required up front. I highly recommend Cohen Hochman & Allen. I hope to never find myself in this situation again, however, if i do....I would definitely use them again.
