This firm employs the most efficient closers in Real Estate. I am a Realtor and Investor and have worked with them on different capacities. Debbie D and Debbie L are incredible at communicating and staying on top of details. Their receptionist doesn’t just push through calls, she makes sure you reach your person and relays messages quickly. This group takes pride in their work and it shows. When I entered a lawsuit during the early times of pandemic, they represented me and got something resolved in 6 months that could have dragged on for years. The owner, Greg, stayed in contact with me and made me feel safe and comforted at all hours. I felt like I had someone in a fight with me when I have tens of thousands of dollars to lose. I will forever be loyal to this firm.

Tim O’Neill is a great attorney that did some business law work for me, he was very knowledgeable and the contract he had done for a business arrangement came in handy when we had to enforce it. They are robbers. There are plenty of trustworthy lawyers in PBC. They thrive on greed with no concern for representing you. They may be good for real estate closings per the other reviews but if you need a real lawyer in a real legal world go somewhere else. When they refuse to discuss billing charges you know they can't be trusted. Mr. Sheppard is truly why lawyers have the bad reputation they have.
