The employees there are always very helpful and patient. Currently helping friends clean out a house and the amount of metal for recycle is astounding. Two small trailer loads with lots of aluminum, brass, and copper. So glad Cohen is there so none of this goes to the dumpster.

Great place to go I highly recommend people to try them out you won't be disappointed the staff are very friendly and helpful
Experience was OK, but be aware that the website is misleading. The extensive list of electronics recyclables in the website omits a major fact: only computer desktops and laptops are accepted for free. EVERYTHING ELSE REQUIRES CASH PAYMENT TO RECYCLE. FYI, Staples will accept many items without charge.
I did not have a good experience here. I mistakenly brought some materials that they did not accept, though they were recyclable in general. When I tried to politely ask where I can recycle it, the workers were very rude and abrupt, not answering my question and saying “that’s all trash here.” They did take care of my metal, although one of the employees kept shaking his head and grumbling for some reason. The front desk worker was much nicer. As someone who just wants to recycle and help the Earth, I expected some more professionalism and helpfulness from this establishment. Will not be returning.
It's very tight to get a semi in but good people I was in and out in less than an hour
