Truly dedicated professionals. They take your design and allow as many changes as you can think of to ensure you know exactly what you are getting and that you are 100% happy. I did my complete order online and they shipped them overseas to my FPO address with no issues. I couldn’t be happier with the process, the staff, and especially the end result. I've worked with a few coins companies in the past, but this one is by far the best bang for your buck. Low minimum purchase, high quality, detailed, and heavy. Often, heavy coins are hard to find. Most companies end up producing poker chips, but these coins have a great weight to them. They are willing to work with your timeline, and get everything right before they produce the coins. 100% recommend
We purchased an item pictured on the website and were very excited anticipating its delivery as it was a gift for our friend. When it finally arrived what was delivered was not what was displayed on the website. We reached out to the company to address our concern and sent them a screenshot of what we purchased on the website as well as a photo of what was delivered assuming it was a mistake and requesting a correction. Unfortunately there has not been any response to the order issue which is very disappointing and why I am only giving one star.
Our coins were beautiful and their communication was clear and concise. We will use them again.
