What a joke. I was referred to these people by my mother and they had the best prices but they had to do a credit check for whatever reason just so we could get propane. They never said that we could be denied in getting a tank or propane, I thought the credit check was just for any special payment programs they had in place. And how much sense does it make that we were denied for propane usage when we were just approved for a house and a car and our credit card limit was just raised because we have an excellent payment history. I've never had to deal with a propane company that denies you even getting propane. This company is a joke and I for one would never use them. Thanks alot for not telling us we'd possibly not be able to get propane now I have to get the old company that had a tank on this property to bring their tank back out.
