Get what you pay for I guess. I did not rent the most expensive rental they had but still thought I would get better service than I did. Day one, upon arrival my wife and I notice that nothing was vacuumed by any means. There was food all over the carpets of the entire house. Additionally there was not a vacuum to be found on site. Secondly, we went out to buy our own shower mat as the one in the tub legit had mold on it.We were not going to bathe our one year old in that garbage. We also had a major ant problem in the kitchen. Then power goes out (completely understandable) and not blaming this on CB at all. Upon the power going out, an outlet popped, causing the television to blow up. Lastly, the bathroom sink was broken and would not drain. I called CB about this SEVERAL times, of which included following up a third time with the office manager. She had stated she would promptly get these problems resolved and guess what, nothing happened. I still have yet to hear anything back from anybody. The last day of our vacation it rained all day, would have been nice to at least be able to watch tv. Attached is one of the photos of random food in the bedroom. *******UPDATE****** COLDWELL got back to me. The problems stemmed more from the actual home owner and their maintenance person. The office manager and i spoke yesterday and she informed me of the miscommunication on the owners end, not coldwell. I also am being refunded some money for the above.

Everything is handled in a timely, professional manner. Funds are credited with no delay. Repairs are made without any problem. Staff is pleasant and responsive. Thank you CB!

As an owner, my family has rented our beach house through through Coldwell Banker Vacations for 41 years. Coordinating with the agents, we have determined fair rates to request from our guests. As such, our beach house successfully rents every year (we save 2 weeks for ourselves). CB also promptly informs us of any requests by our guests so that they can have a successful visit. We truly appreciate the professionalism and care that CB provides to us and our guests.

Been renting with them for over ten years. Any issues we had were quickly handled. Even had a whole AC unit go out and it was fixed within a day. Never a major issue with cleanliness or description of the properties not matching online “look”. Highly suggested using them. Wide variety of properties to choose from.
