We have been to both of their locations often and they have a great selection of products at very competitive prices. Pond Country did a fantastic install of our new pond. Troy visited us twice at our home to go over our vision. Andrew and his team did an amazing job with the install and we are not easy customers!! The process took a bit longer than we planned, we had a January install and plants were not ready until spring, but it is complete now and far exceeded our expectations and imagination. This team even bent over backwards for us and were able to accommodate us during the difficulties of the pandemic. We do believe it is the most beautiful pond ever and will continue to enjoy it for many years to come. Thanks Guys!!

I called a couple pond services around Salisbury and Pond Country was by far the most professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. They have competitive pricing but their service quality blows away the competition. If you have a koi or garden pond that needs servicing or advice on additions or maintenance these are the folks to call.

Lovely place , I’m not sure the lady’s name that helped us on Friday May 29th , 2020 , but she was very helpful , very nice , and very knowledgeable of everything. We bought plants and also purchased three gold fish and a the oxygen system for the fish . I am so pleased when we woke up this morning of our fish in our little pond my kids were happy as well . We will definitely be returning to purchase more items we plan in doing a bigger pond as well in the future will return . Anyone that says the fish are not taken care of here must have been blind. Thanks again for the experience we will be back :)
