Closed. Dont waste your time. Even if the website says they are open. They are closed. Not sure why they dont communicate that online before people make the trip...

I enjoyed my visit to Trainland USA. The hosts were knowledgeable about not only the exhibits, but general history of the area and people. The exhibits may not have been in perfect working order (there were a couple buttons that didn't work), but considering the number of moving exhibits, the intricacy of the wiring, and the age (38 years!) of the exhibits, it was not disappointing in the least. The lights would shut off at intervals so the guests could enjoy the "night time" exhibits; besides the general miniature lights around and through the towns, there was also a drive-in movie theater, fireworks, and airport lights that only worked when the main lights turned off. It was a great experience and would love to go back soon!

Great diamond in the rough. Excellent displays. Well done and interactive. Extremely nice folks in each building. Lots to see and buy. No pressure from any of the staff to purchase anything, which I was sort of worried about before going in. Absolutely must stop if a collector. Spent a little less than 2 hours there.
