I met the owner back in 2010 or 2012 at Pokemon Nationals, and he was a friendly, experienced guy much like a majority of the staff. Recently, I ordered a trio of 3-Pack Blister from their website, which was reasonably priced. They unfortunately missed one in the initial shipment, but after a few email exchanges, they made sure to get the third delivered. In all of my experiences with them, they have had excellent customer service!

I always stop by when I’m in town for a few days. With covid it’s all online orders so make sure you purchase before you go in. The Store manager helped me out in a big way. Since I’m only in town for the weekend and they are closed on the weekends he made sure I got what I needed before I left town. Great place for your gaming needs.

We’ve been Collector’s Cache customers for years, and have always had the most excellent experiences every time. Their customer service is above all the rest! Specifically, Ben (the manager) is absolutely amazing! He is such a joy to deal with and always goes out of his way to accommodate us. Ben takes the time to make sure that the products we buy are always in the best condition possible and that everything is packaged perfectly, so that nothing gets damaged. Ben is also very knowledgeable — he definitely knows the products and the market inside and out, so if you have any questions, he’s your go-to guy! We’ve oftentimes driven out there to pick up our items, and Ben is always happy to accommodate us and never rushes us. In fact, he is more concerned with us driving safely — even if it means we might be late. He makes my son feel so special every time we are there, so we always look forward to going! lWe always ask for Ben because we know we will be taken care of if we do. Also, Pat is fabulous, too! He is always eager to meet our needs. Bottom line, if you want products that are in the best condition possible, and are looking for excellent customer service, then Collector’s Cache is the place to go for collectors!
