Great and Friendly. Due to covid-19 I couldn't go back with my grumpy old lady dog. They tried unsuccessfully to win her over. They werere done with her shots and nail clipping within 10 minutes! The receptionists were friendly. We will be back with our other animals!!

Wonderful staff. The front desk is sympathetic and helpful. The Vet. Technicians are very kind and aware/gentle. And Dr. Chris was very informative, listened to all my questions, and left me with a lot of assurance and peace of mind on a difficult thought. I took my Samson here because he wasn't eating and he became very weak. He ended up being diagnosed with lymphoma. Dr. Chris was very informative and even showed me the lymph-nodes while offering a lot of other information. Dr. Chris was able to buy me a month or two more with the healthy boy I desperately missed. The medicine worked and he became a happy, fat boy again. Dr. Chris was also very helpful with me couping with the decision of putting Samson down due to all the variables of his health and suffering. He was honest and blunt, but still compassionate and caring, which is what I needed. After a day or two of sadness, I received by mail a signed letter by the staff with Samson's nose print in it which gave me happy tears. I am forever grateful to this clinic and to the wonderful and caring people that work here, and making a difficult situation easier to bare/coup with. Thank you College Hill AH for everything you all do ️

I am sadden to have to be making this review, as my parents and I have used this vet for a long period of time. My cat has been sick for a while now and I was told to call them back if anything happened further so they could get her in. Well, not long after I was in there last, my cat had a seizure and so, I called them. I was told that the vet would call me back, but no one ever did. After my cat got very sick today, I called them again, I explained that I was never made aware of my cats lab results that were done or called back after the seizure. To this I was told that they could not call because \my voicemail was full\. I double checked my call log both on my phone and through my phone companies website and there were no missed calls anytime recently from the vet's office. I was also told that the vet would call me today after seeing the patients regarding what to do about my cat being sick again. To avoid the possibility of my phone being the issue, I gave the receptionist my phone number AND my roommate's number. Neither of us received any form of communication. Because of having no direction on what to do, my cat was still very sick tonight and became lethargic and so I am waiting on her at the emergency vet. In all, they have done great things in the past, however, they have become extremely unreliable in their care and because of this, I will be discontinuing my care for my cats with this vet.

My dogs absolutely love everyone who works here. All staff are knowledgeable, kind and patient. Thank you for loving my fur babies as much as I do.

The female Dr Hesse is great, but not there often. Receptionist often confuses details and doesn't follow through and creates un needed frustration time and time over. I think the young staff there seem clueless most often as well. To me Dr. Hesse (Male) is often too crass and lacks empathy. They have been a better resource for our needs than a previous vet clinic, and were decent to us as we went through a loss early 2020, however we will be keeping our options open.
