Mindy is teaching me about how to manage and take care of all the muscle issues a 68 year old man can develop. I no longer feel like I am getting old, but rather like I am getting younger. I haven't felt this good in 20 or more years. The deep layers of muscles are being restored with my stretching through Mindy's coaching and her manipulation of the muscles as well. Mindy Nagel is exceptional! She treats you holistically, you are not a number within the system, YOU are treated as a whole person with 100% focus and attention on getting to the route cause! Regardless of the challenges each of us possess, she will put forth the dedication and determination needed. She will not fail you! After her initial review of myself, she was able to pinpoint the exact issue and referred me to a specialist/doctor who then diagnosed me with EDS/HDS syndrome. With the knowledge and support she’s given me, I’m happy to report that I’ve been pain free since. Mindy is the Physical Therapist that everyone deserves!! Call her asap, you will not regret it.
