I studied English for 8 months and I had a good time with all my friends and teachers there. Going to the beach right after school and chill before the sun goes down. That’s our routine in summer. You will also make happy memories either at school or our student residence:)

The location is perfect if you like to hang out after school with your friends or if you want to surf directly after school. The staff is incredible and very helpful. The atmosphere in CEL PB is really cool and every student spends time together during and after school.

I have been in C.E.L. since January and that is the best experience in my all life. Before coming in the USA I was kind of scared because of my knowledge of the language which was so bad and my age too. Because of my teachers, all the stuff, and my schoolmates, my English is improved day by day and now I’m feeling comfortable to use it in my everyday life. I have met special people and built good relationships with everyone and this is another gift that I have received from C.E.L. Meeting different cultures and learning together helping to each other was stimulating. I have also shared feelings and emotions. I was happy when someone new arrived and also sad when someone left. For any problem that I had there was someone ready to help and support me. I felt comfortable in small classes enjoyed by students of different ages and from different country. During the lessons we discussed different topics and I was never bored. My progress were checked every week and I was always correct by my teachers who helped me a lot! I have learned new vocabularies and grammar even playing games and having fun. Every moment was an opportunity to improve. I lived with an host family for a while, in an apartment shared with other students and with Americans too. I had the opportunity to explore a big part of California with the activities and the trip that the school organize every week. I have been in Las Vegas, Los angels, Grand Canyon, the desert, Joshua tree, San Francisco, Santa Barbara and I don’t have enough space to write all the beautiful places that California has to offer. I spent here Halloween which was amazing, my birthday and I’m going to spend here thanksgiving and Christmas too. I have decided to continue my studies here in California and I couldn’t have done this without C.E.L. whether it’s two weeks, 3 months, or 1 year experience, I would recommend everyone to try it because it is something of special!
