Great customer service! We had a ball (excuse the pun ). All jokes aside, but our family really enjoyed Bowlero. My sister was celebrating her birthday and they took care of her. I will recommend to others. Only caveat - the milkshake machine was down.

I had a birthday party here for my nice. Premium seating and bar area everything pretty new including seats. I would gave it five stars but I believe the computer systems should be updated for the lanes just my personal preference.

The place was very clean. The staff was very nice. I did not try the food because I had already eaten. The place itself could use some more maintenance. We had a lane where our control mechanism was not working. Bowling was fine. One-time the lane glitched but after that it was completely fine. People wore masks. We did get there pretty early almost shortly after they opened. Overall it was a nice experience. I'm normally not in this side of Maryland but I definitely will go again.

Bowling is always fun here but there have been separate occasions where there were issues with the system that skips over a player. But overall the environment is fun, the drinks are nice, and the big screens at the end of the alley’s are always a nice view.
