Horrible staff. Didn’t have any more cars so they were trying to make us pay more when we booked 3 weeks in advance. The manager wasn’t trying to help us at all. He had an attitude the whole time and didn’t help us so I went and rented at a different company. Needs better staff or they will lose a lot of business.

I believe in transparency and thorough communication. I called and was told I didnt have to use the same card I paid for my reservation, to put the deposit it. I get there it must be the same card. The cars was stolen a day prior of my arrival. I was told my original reservation had to be canceled and repurchased. I would be issued a refund. I pay 500 my rental n deposit and never got my original 213.34. I called and spoke to \the first supervisor\ and was ensured all was well and I would receive a emailed receipt of my refund. I received a notice stating I canceled too late and was not getting my refund for the original reservation. Poor customer service. As I return the rental. They can't close the contract because the atl location never put the vehicle on the new contract. But the took the money same day??? I haven't gotten a call back or email nor refund for my first reservation confirmation #35546453us5

I desperately needed to get home to Nashville after my flight was delayed for 4 days. I booked with budget using PayPal. I get to the counter and they denied me because they couldn’t put a 400 hold on my credit card. So why offer PayPal as an option? They offered no alternative and no help with anything. Yet they still took 379 out of my bank account and have yet to receive anything back. Thankfully, I booked with Dollar and they were easy, hassle free, and so respectful. I will never use budget again. They treat you like your money is no good unless you have a credit card, especially if you’re under 25. It is beyond upsetting & humiliating to be treated like this.

The car was filthy - scrungies and old bottles with left over food bags -- they didnt even clean anything ever during covid -- the charged me 90 in gas even though i filled up at the gas station by the airport -- DO NOT TURN IN THE CAR WITHOUT HAVING SOMEONE SIGN OFF ON RECEIVING IT - they will say to leave it there and thats it take photos of EVERYTHING -- we have been trying to dispute with them for over 2 months and noone is helping -- terrible company
