To say these guys are brilliant is an understatement. Thank you College Scooters, you guys are the main reason I can commute economically and safely even amidst a pandemic. Your service and sales department is excellent. I’d highly recommend to anyone who’s looking for scooters. This is the only official manufactured approved dealership in the DMV. You sincerely care about your customers and that’s what makes all the difference. keep up the great work!

College Scooters does excellent maintenance and repair. Their invoices and work orders sent through email is very helpful as it lets you know how much everything is going to be BEFORE the work is done (very professional). The labor per hour charge is very reasonable and is what it should be for scooters and mopeds, not like other shops which charge a rate as a full on motorcycle. Came for new tire and job was done well, only thing that wasn’t right for full on 5 stars was the young technician (forgot his name) did not replace the worn dry rotted valve stem and cap for the new tire. Partially my fault for not looking over the bike throughly before departure and letting them know, otherwise great first visit.
Definitely recommend College Scooters! The service is very helpful - the sales manager was particularly good and helped me get the scooter I wanted! Another great part about using their scooters is how economical it is, not to mention how much safer it is to use a scooter during the pandemic (as opposed to using Uber/Lyft or the DC Metro).
Quick service. Great mechanics. Honest and dependable. Highly recommended!
